Spice up your Game Day with a bowl of hearty Spicy Turkey Chili!
Directions
In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
Add chopped onion, garlic, and red bell pepper. Sauté until vegetables are softened.
Add ground turkey and cook until browned.
Stir in chili powder, cumin, paprika, and cayenne pepper.
Pour in diced tomatoes, black beans, kidney beans, and chicken broth.
Stir well.
Simmer the chili for about 20-25 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve the chili in bowls, garnished with chopped green onions and a dollop of Greek yogurt.
Recipe Note:
