Directions
In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, Sriracha, and minced ginger. Marinate the beef in this mixture for 10-15 minutes.
Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat.
Add minced garlic and sliced red bell pepper. Stir-fry for about 1-2 minutes.
Add marinated beef and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until cooked.
Add broccoli florets and continue stir-frying for an additional 3-4 minutes until the broccoli is tender-crisp.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve over brown rice or quinoa.
