Directions
Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, toss together the walnuts, pumpkin seeds, olive oil, ground cumin, cayenne pepper, and salt until well coated.
Spread the mixture on the baking sheet in an even layer.
Roast for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the nuts are toasted.
Remove from the oven and let cool.
Once cooled, mix in the dried cranberries.
Store in an airtight container.
