Directions
Place the fresh or frozen peaches, low-fat Greek yogurt, unsweetened almond milk, vanilla protein powder, honey, and vanilla extract in a blender.
If you prefer a colder and thicker shake, you can add a handful of ice cubes.
Blend all the ingredients until the mixture is smooth and creamy. If it's too thick, you can add a bit more almond milk to reach your desired consistency.
