Directions
In a blender, combine the orange segments, chopped carrots, grated ginger, Greek yogurt, water or orange juice, and honey or maple syrup.
Blend on high until all ingredients are well combined and the smoothie is smooth and creamy.
If using the optional banana, add it to the blender and blend again.
Add ice cubes and blend once more to reach your desired consistency.
