Craving a tasty and wholesome snack? Whip up a batch of Nutty Oat Power Bars and power through your day!

Directions


  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine oats, chopped nuts, dried cranberries, and chocolate chips.

  2. In a small saucepan, heat honey (or maple syrup) and almond butter over low heat until melted and well combined.

  3. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.

  4. Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and mix well until everything is evenly coated.

  5. Press the mixture firmly into a lined square baking pan.

  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.

  7. Once set, cut into bars and enjoy!
