Indulge in the perfect harmony of cinnamon, coffee and chocolate with our Mocha Nice Cream!
Directions
Place the frozen banana slices in a blender or food processor.
Add the cocoa powder, instant coffee granules, ground cinnamon, and vanilla extract.
If desired, add honey or maple syrup for added sweetness.
Blend on high until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
If the mixture is too thick, you can add a small amount of non-dairy milk (such as almond milk) to help with blending.
Once the mixture reaches a smooth consistency, transfer it to a freezer-safe container.
Freeze the mocha cinnamon nice cream for about 1-2 hours to firm up slightly.
Serve scoops of the mocha cinnamon nice cream in bowls.
