Directions
In a bowl, mix the olive oil, lime juice, minced garlic, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
Place the flank steak in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over it. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill the flank steak for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until desired doneness is reached.
Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing it thinly across the grain.
Warm the tortillas and assemble the tacos.
Fill each tortilla with slices of grilled flank steak, red onion slices, and chopped cilantro.
Serve with additional lime wedges and your choice of salsa.
