Savor the perfection of our Herb-Grilled Chicken Breast
Directions
In a bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, dried thyme, dried rosemary, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
Place the chicken breast in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the chicken, making sure it's evenly coated. Marinate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 4 hours) in the refrigerator.
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Grill the chicken breast for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the chicken is cooked through.
Remove from the grill and let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing.
Serve with your favorite grilled vegetables or a side salad.
