These Grilled Sirloin Steaks are a classic and satisfying choice for a grilled dinner. Enjoy the flavorful herbs and spices that complement the tender sirloin cut!

Directions

  1. In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, dried thyme, dried rosemary, salt, and pepper to create the steak marinade.

  2. Place the sirloin steaks in a shallow dish and rub them with the marinade, making sure they are well coated. Allow the steaks to marinate for at least 30 minutes, but preferably for a few hours in the refrigerator.

  3. Preheat your grill to high heat.

Remove the marinated steaks from the refrigerator and let them come to room temperature for about 20-30 minutes before grilling.

  4. Place the steaks on the preheated grill.

Grill for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or adjust the cooking time to your preferred level of doneness.

  5. Once done, transfer the grilled sirloin steaks to a cutting board.

Note

Grilled Sirloin Steak

For even cooking, it's essential to let the steaks rest for a few minutes after grilling. This allows the juices to redistribute, ensuring a juicy and flavorful result.
