Directions


  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

  2. Place the pineapple rings on the grill and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side, until grill marks appear and the pineapple is slightly caramelized.

  3. Remove the grilled pineapple rings from the grill and let them cool slightly.

  4. In a small skillet, toast the sliced almonds over medium heat until they are golden and fragrant.

    Keep an eye on them to prevent burning.

    Place a scoop of vanilla nice cream on a serving plate.

  5. Top the nice cream with a grilled pineapple ring.

  6. Sprinkle the toasted sliced almonds over the pineapple.
