Directions


  1. In a bowl, combine the lean ground beef, chopped red onion, minced garlic, chopped parsley, ground cumin, ground coriander, salt, and pepper.

  2. Mix the ingredients thoroughly and form into 4 equal-sized patties.

  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

  4. Grill the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until they are cooked to your desired level of doneness. 

  5. Serve the grilled patties in whole wheat buns or lettuce wraps, and top with sliced tomatoes, cucumbers, and a dollop of Greek yogurt.
