Directions
For the Flank Steak:
In a bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Place the flank steak in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the steak, ensuring it's well coated.
Marinate for at least 1 hour (or up to 4 hours) in the refrigerator.
Preheat the grill to high heat.
Remove the flank steak from the marinade and let any excess drip off.
Grill the flank steak for about 5-7 minutes per side for medium-rare, or adjust cooking time to your preferred level of doneness.
Once cooked, remove the steak from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
In a bowl, combine finely chopped parsley, cilantro, minced garlic, chopped shallot, red wine vinegar, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
