Directions
In a bowl, combine minced garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, dried oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper to create the chicken marinade.
Place the chicken legs in a large resealable bag or a shallow dish.
Pour the marinade over the chicken legs, making sure they are well coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, but preferably for a few hours or overnight for the best flavor.
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat and oil the grates to prevent sticking.
Remove the marinated chicken legs from the refrigerator and let them come to room temperature for about 10 minutes.
Place the chicken legs on the preheated grill. Grill for about 15-20 minutes per side, or until the chicken is fully cooked with no pink juices and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C). The skin should be crispy and nicely charred.
