These Grilled Bone-In BBQ Pork Chops are a delicious and satisfying dish that's perfect for a summer barbecue. Enjoy the smoky, tangy flavors of the BBQ marinade!
Directions
In a bowl, combine BBQ sauce, olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, smoked paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper to create the BBQ marinade.
Place the pork chops in a large resealable bag or a shallow dish.
Pour the BBQ marinade over the pork chops, making sure they are well coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, but preferably for a few hours or overnight for enhanced flavor.
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat and oil the grates to prevent sticking.
Remove the marinated pork chops from the refrigerator and let them come to room temperature for about 10 minutes.
Place the pork chops on the preheated grill. Grill for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C) for medium-rare or up to 160°F (71°C) for medium. Adjust cooking time based on your preferred doneness.
Baste the pork chops with any remaining BBQ marinade during grilling.
Once done, transfer the grilled BBQ pork chops to a serving platter.
Note
Grilled Bone-In BBQ Pork Chops
It's important to allow the pork chops to rest for a few minutes after grilling. This helps redistribute the juices, ensuring a juicy and flavorful result.
