Grilled Beef Shish Kabab Skewers with Red Bell Peppers and Onions are a delicious and satisfying grilled dish, with the grilled lemon wedges adding a zesty twist. Enjoy this flavorful meal!
Directions
In a bowl, combine minced garlic, olive oil, dried oregano, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper to create the beef marinade.
Place the beef cubes in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Toss to coat the beef evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, but preferably for a few hours for better flavor.
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Oil the grates to prevent sticking.
Thread the marinated beef cubes, red bell pepper chunks, and white or red onion chunks alternately onto the soaked wooden skewers.
Grill the skewers for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until the beef reaches your desired level of doneness and the vegetables are slightly charred and tender.
While grilling, place the lemon wedges on the grill as well. Grill them for about 2 minutes on each side, or until they have grill marks and are slightly caramelized.
Transfer the grilled beef shish kabab skewers and grilled lemon wedges to a serving platter.

1.5 pounds of beef sirloin or tenderloin, cut into 1-inch cubes
