Directions


  1. In a food processor, blend the hazelnuts until finely ground.

  2. Add the pitted dates, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and salt.

  3. Blend until the mixture starts to come together.

  4. If the mixture is too dry, add water, one tablespoon at a time, until a dough-like consistency is achieved.

  5. Roll the mixture into small bite-sized balls.

  6. Dust the energy bites with a light coating of cocoa powder.

  7. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
