Directions


  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. In a bowl, mix together orange zest, lemon zest, orange juice, lemon juice, minced garlic, fresh thyme, fresh rosemary, olive oil, salt, and pepper to make the marinade.

  3. Pat the Cornish hens dry and place them in a roasting pan.
