Directions


  1. Preheat your waffle iron according to its instructions.

  2. In a bowl, whisk together the protein powder, whole wheat flour, baking powder, and cocoa powder.

  3. In another bowl, beat the egg and then mix in the almond milk and Greek yogurt.

  4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients, stirring until just combined.

  5. Lightly grease the waffle iron with cooking spray or oil.

  6. Pour the batter onto the waffle iron and cook until crisp and golden.
