Directions
Brew a cup of chai tea and let it cool to room temperature or refrigerate until chilled.
In a blender, combine the cooled chai tea, protein powder, almond milk, honey or maple syrup, ground cinnamon, ground ginger, ground cardamom, and ground cloves.
If using the optional banana, add it to the blender.
Blend until all ingredients are well combined and the drink is smooth and flavorful.
If desired, add ice cubes and blend again for a colder and refreshing drink.
