Directions


  1. In a large bowl, combine the cooked quinoa, almond butter, honey or maple syrup, mixed dried berries, shredded coconut, chopped almonds, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt.

  2. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

  3. Line a baking dish with parchment paper and press the mixture into the dish, compacting it evenly.

  4. Refrigerate for a few hours, then cut into bars.
